You acknowledge and agree that jav hdtoday shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination or suspension of your access to this website.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the "Cancel my membership" link available in your account profile. You must be logged in to your account to access this option. Cancellation via this method takes effect immediately upon confirmation and requires no further action on your part.
Alternatively, you may request cancellation at any time by contacting our support team via live chat, available on the website.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will not be renewed at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to the service until the expiry date of your current subscription term. No refund will be issued for the remaining period of a cancelled subscription.
We offer the following membership plans

Your payments will be processed by third-party payment service providers, jav hdtoday will not retain any of your payment information, and such payment service providers will be fully responsible for quality of your service.
In case you provided the payment method and details and where automatic top-up or recurring payment options are engaged we will charge any of your future purchases using this method. In case you have provided as a number of your payment methods and your preferred method does not work on any particular future purchase jav hdtoday shall have the right to use any other provided payment method in any order.

We strive to provide fair and transparent terms of use for our services. The section below sets out the refund policy, including trial and full subscriptions, tokens, and cross-sales. jav hdtoday will handle each refund case on an individual basis and you may be required to provide jav hdtoday with evidence to support your claim(s). Before a refund decision is taken, JAV HD Today network will first attempt to resolve the issue. If JAV HD Today network cannot resolve the issue, at the discretion of JAV HD Today network, you may be offered an extension to your subscription or be issued a refund or partial refund.
You will be entitled to a full refund in following cases:

- Accidental purchase of subscription or tokens, provided that these have never been used;
- Unauthorized payment (inter alia fraudulent payments) confirmed by the support service or payment system;
- Unconscious extension of cross-subscription during the trial period, provided that the extended subscription has never been used and jav hdtoday received the refund request within 7 days after the extension;
In any case the full refund request must be submitted within 14 days from the payment date for ordinary purchases and subscriptions and 7 days from the extension date for cross-subscription.
You will be entitled to a partial refund in following cases:
- Purchase of partially used tokens – the refund is possible for the unused token balance provided that 14 days have not passed from the purchase date;
- Technical inaccessibility of studios videos for jav hdtoday’s fault for which tokens were used – the partial refund or token compensation is available for jav hdtoday’s discretion;
In any case the partial refund request must be submitted within 14 days after the purchase or the issue first appears.
However, you will not be entitled to receive any refund in the following cases:

- Bad faith use or abuse of the refund policy (repeated refunds, repeated use of the subscription with repeated refunds etc).
The billing system used by jav hdtoday or our authorized agents provides extensive credit card fraud protection measures and our Sites include many features to protect users from accidental charges. Please note that all chargebacks are thoroughly investigated and may add you to a black list with our processor which will complicate future purchases.
Should a refund be issued by jav hdtoday, all refunds will be credited solely to the payment method used in the original transaction. jav hdtoday will not issue refunds by cash, check, or to another credit card or payment mechanism. Under no circumstances jav hdtoday will ever refund any payments made in crypto currency.

VECTOR INNOVATIONS LTD (the "Platform") is irrevocably committed to the prevention of human trafficking, sexual exploitation, and all related forms of abuse. The Platform operates exclusively as a licensed content distributor: all content published on the Platform is acquired directly from professional content producers and studios under commercial licence agreements. The Platform is the sole publisher of all content on the site. No user, member, or any third party may upload or publish content independently. Every piece of licensed content is manually reviewed by the Platform’s Trust & Safety team before publication to verify compliance with this Policy and all applicable law.
THE FOLLOWING ARE STRICTLY AND UNCONDITIONALLY PROHIBITED ON THE PLATFORM: (i) any content depicting, promoting, or facilitating human trafficking or sexual exploitation in any form; (ii) any content produced through coercion, force, fraud, or without the free and informed consent of all appearing performers; (iii) CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL ("CSAM") OR ANY CONTENT SEXUALISING INDIVIDUALS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER FICTIONAL, ANIMATED, OR REAL – ANY SUCH MATERIAL WILL BE REPORTED TO THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES IMMEDIATELY; (iv) any content depicting non-consensual sexual activity presented as real; (v) any content advertising, soliciting, or facilitating the purchase or sale of sexual services.
Before licensing any content, the Platform conducts mandatory due diligence on each Content Supplier, including identity verification and a review of their performer age verification and consent practices. Every licensing agreement requires the supplier to warrant that: all performers are verified as at least 18 years of age and records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and applicable equivalent legislation; signed consent documentation exists for every performer; and no performer was subjected to coercion, force, or undue influence. The Platform reserves the right to audit these records at any time; failure to produce them within ten (10) business days constitutes a material breach and entitles the Platform to terminate the licence and remove all associated content immediately.
Prior to publication, every piece of licensed content is: manually reviewed by a trained Trust & Safety team member for indicators of trafficking, coercion, performer distress, or apparent age anomalies. Content that does not pass both stages is not published.
Any visitor may report suspected trafficking-related content via the "Report" button on any content page or by e-mailing jav hdtoday. Reports are assessed within twenty-four (24) hours. Any performer appearing in content on the Platform may request removal at any time by contacting jav hdtoday; verified requests are actioned within seventy-two (72) hours, with no requirement to interact with law enforcement as a precondition. Survivors of trafficking may contact jav hdtoday for priority removal.
All apparent CSAM is reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline immediately upon discovery as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A. The Platform cooperates fully with law enforcement requests in all applicable jurisdictions. Breach of this Policy by a Content Supplier will result in immediate licence termination, removal of all associated content, and referral to the relevant authorities. This Policy is designed to comply with, among other instruments, the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the UK Online Safety Act 2023, FOSTA-SESTA, the EU Digital Services Act, and the UN Palermo Protocol.
